Members Not in attendance: Carters, Engstroms, Morin, Neal, Law, Morris, Dudley, and Rogers,
Next Jackpot Barrel Race 1/10/09 and1/24/095 at 2:00 p.m. with time only beginning at 12:45 p.m. Alex to prep arena. The Hoffs will work the Cook Shack on 1/10 and the Stocks will work it 1/24.
SNGA will be 1/17/09 Rod Thomas will work the Cook Shack and Alex will prep arena. Jill will stock the cook shack before this event.
All members are asked to update contact information by filling out a membership form and turning it in with annual dues by the February 3, 2009 meeting. The annual membership fee is $120.00. This will also update an emergency contact list for Fuzzy.
Nominations were made for Vice President. Kathy Banegas nominated Mike Webb it was seconded and he was voted in by majority vote. Rosa Morin is unable to continue as Secretary and Carol Washington volunteered to take on those duties for the remainder of the year.
Jill will continue as Treasurer: She read the treasurer’s report and it has been incorporated into these minutes.
Fuzzy has agreed to maintain the Web Site for Sunrise Riders. Lindy will provide all information to him. He will be posting the Holiday Party pictures soon.
Alex provided a quote for advertising signage at $250.00 from one vendor. Tammy Hoff will provide other contacts for additional quotes. This item has been tabled until the February meeting.
